What is the inhouse and outsource process involved?
Inhouse: weaving, cutting, stiching, embroidery, quality checking, packing, storage.
Outsource: wet processing – washing, printing, dyeing and other special processing.
What types of fillings do you use in your products?
We use a range of fillings including Recron, cotton/recycled cotton, recycled polyester, foam, kapok, and wadding.
What testing standards do your products adhere to?
Our products undergo testing for various standards including formaldehyde content, pH value, color fastness to water, perspiration, rubbing, and saliva. We also test for off-flavor, azo-free properties, heavy metals such as phthalates, flammability, filling requirements, small attached components, cords and drawstrings, sharp points and edges, as well as needles and other metal sharp objects.
What is meant by customized designs?
Customized designs refer to modifying a product to meet a customer’s specific needs and preferences. This may involve changing the product’s design, features, or functionality according to individual requirements.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We can accommodate orders with Minimum MOQ requirements.

The maximum lead time for orders is 60 days.

We ensure quality control by:
- Reading blueprints and specifications.

- Using callipers, gauges, or micrometres to measure products.
- Operating electronic inspection equipment and software.
